Regional teams

Each zone is handled by its own team, so enquiries reach someone who knows your water conditions and stocking calendar. Call, email or message on WhatsApp.

What to have ready

Having a few details to hand lets the team give a useful answer on the first call rather than after several exchanges.

Useful details: your pond location and water source, target stocking date, quantity of post-larvae required, preferred PL stage, and salinity and temperature at the pond.

For technical queries on an existing batch, quote the batch reference supplied at dispatch so the team can pull the corresponding test records.

Choosing how to reach us

Calls and WhatsApp messages go directly to the zone team. Email suits enquiries where you need a written record, such as quantities and stocking dates for a planned cycle.

For seed availability during peak stocking periods, calling is the most direct route, as allocation changes through the day.
